Following extremely strict requirements Jacques Prieur produces and vinifies wines that express strong personalities relevant from each climat composing the great mosaic of parcels in the Côte d'Or.
The initial promise of the terroir is thus translated, according to the tradition, in burgundy barrels, each unit counting up to 228 litres and made out of the most subtle wood species.
In this manner laid in the tranquility of magnificent cellars, each appellation not only in Premiers Crus but also in Grands Crus will display to the most patient noses and palates all the quintessence of a transcended Burgundy. This tasting of a Corton Charlemagne tutored by Edouard Labruyère, guardian of this temple of excellence, proves it.
